Delivery

We will deliver your Aloe Vera products free of charge within a six mile radius of Scarborough, North Yorkshire. Please telephone on 01723 507738 to discuss delivery to your home if you live within six miles of Scarborough. For addresses outside the six mile radius of Scarborough the following delivery charges apply:
Minimum order: £10
Carriage on orders £10 - £20: £3.50
Carriage on orders over £20: £4.50

We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail and will require a signature upon receipt. We are not responsible for any delays that may arise from using this service. We recommend that you provide an address such as a workplace if necessary where you can be sure that someone will be available during the day in order to sign for your parcel. Our Order Form gives you the option of providing a delivery address in addition to your home address. Please also ensure that you provide the correct postcode.

It is essential that you do not sign for or accept any parcels where the packaging is damaged in any way.

Returns

For all returns please email us before you post the goods back to us. We will give you a Return Identification Number that must accompany the returned package. We will not accept any parcels that do not have a Return Identification Number issued and authorized by our office.

If you change your mind after we have dispatched the order we will refund the cost of the goods only (not the postage & packaging) minus a £3.95 administration charge. You must return your goods within 7 days of receipt and they must be returned as new, with all original packaging in a complete state so that they can be re-sold. You must return any free gifts that may have been part of your order. Please also send a copy of your invoice and a covering letter.
We recommend that if you return the goods you ensure that they are securely packaged and you use a certified delivery service.

In the highly unlikely event that we send you the wrong goods please contact us immediately. Providing the goods are returned to us as new, with all original packaging in a complete state we will refund the postage and send you the correct goods with no delivery charge. We will dispatch the correct goods as soon as we receive the returned items.

Refunds are only made to the card from which payment was received.
